In 1974, Ritchie-Curbow partnered with Butler Building to become the Peninsula's first pre-engineered building provider and builder of pre-engineered, steel, structures.

World Class Gymnastics is located in Suffolk, VA. This is an athletic facility that was a design-build, pre-engineered project.
Ritchie-Curbow was awarded a construction management at risk contract to team with the owner's design team to provide a service building, shop facilities and administrative offices for the repair of the VIMS boats used for experimentation. The building is a pre-engineered structure by Butler Manufacturing Company and includes a second floor, elevator, external stairs and a 5-ton crane along with large doors to accommodate boats.
