Key Responsibilities:

Master Organizer: As the heart of the project, you'll prioritize emails, calls, and documents. With a talent for multitasking, you'll manage deadlines and changing priorities.

Marketing: Your marketing experience will be a fantastic asset! Prepare marketing packages and captivating presentations that showcase our prowess in the construction world.

Attention to Detail: You'll format internal and external communications, keeping everything polished and professional.

Communication: Screen and direct calls. Maintain our filing systems like a pro, bringing order to the construction chaos.

Sidekick to the Project Manager: You'll be the right hand to our Project Managers, supporting them throughout every phase of the project. Your administrative prowess will ensure everything runs like a well-oiled machine.

Permits and Contracts: Help navigate the permitting process and help write contracts and purchase orders. Maintain project logs and keep a tight grip on submittals for flawless execution.


Experience: 1-3 years as an administrative assistant is desired. Construction experience a plus but not required.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
